Timeless Compassion In Home Companion Care, LLC provides non-medical in-home care for older adults and their families, including companion care, respite care, pet sitting, meal prep, and light housekeeping. We serve Waukee, Iowa, and the surrounding Des Moines area. We do not provide medical or nursing care. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the conditions at the home. We may refuse or end service for safety or legal reasons.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are non-binding unless provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the hours of care, the tasks included, conditions at the home, and changes in what is needed.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payments are handled outside the website. Payment terms are agreed with you in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for safe access to the home. Any known hazards must be secured before a visit, and pets must be secured unless the visit includes pet care. Any cancellation window is agreed with you in writing, and this website does not set one.
